Soo.... was trying to write a little introductory something-or-other about myself here, drum up a bit of a back story or what have you, but it was all coming across in a fairly strained, tap dance-y kinda way.
Attempted to employ some of those instant-clout-generating qualities that are baked into the third person voice, but that didn't really manage to work out either; we've got ourselves a head full of cross chatter as is, so these things tend to get shot down due to 'transparency issues' (uhh what? see, I told you: these little insular metadebates will be the death of us).
Figured OK, in order for this to come out comfortably, my best bet would be to actually lay it all out in the FIFTH person, some sort of secret perspective where speaking autobiographically is akin to lighting an extra long fuse while blindfolded, but turns out the only language that can actually incorporate that POV is, like, Algonquin :(
So until I find the time to randomly vanish into the Canadian wilderness on a mystical fluency quest, I'm just gonna have to put any sort of outta-the-gate braggadocio on hold.
Instead I'll just opt to do what I do best: pull a toob and a singy-song that pretty much sum up how we roll these days.

So yeah, I go by Scallywag around these parts. Pleased to meet you. Looking forward to spending some quality internet time together xx
Welcome to Drum Attix.
This will be the homebase for releases from artists hand-picked by me, with an emphasis placed on quality and timeless production. Epic, I know. But seriously... everyone who does a release on Drum Attix has demonstrated a profound dedication to honing his or her craft, and that is what we want to showcase. And what better way to exhibit these skills than to announce a show tonight at The Bell House in Brooklyn?
100dBs & Ryan-O'Neil are not dead. I repeat: 100DBS & RYAN-O'NEIL ARE NOT DEAD. Neither of us are on missions in the heart of Africa, or space travelling, or on Mexican wrestling tours. We've been slowly but steadily compiling material for a second LP (if you haven't heard the first one, maybe you should). In the meantime, Ryan has been working on his solo EP for release on Free Ice Cream. Come hear some new material and classic cuts tonight when we perform alongside The Metermaids, Spokinn Movement, Jake Lefco, Kats, Domer and DJ SmutVillain:
